HI!GO SUITES

Here our suites have typical portuguese names. "Portugalidade" according to the dictionary means: 1. "proper quality of what is Portuguese" or 2. "specific character from a certain country remaining the culture or history". Knowing this and as proud portuguese, our suites were baptized:

Sardine, Swallow, Portuguese Tile and Stoneware

These accommodations are private and the guests access them through a pin code incorporated in the electronic lock on the room door. Once you enter, you will enjoy a comfortable, clean room with a modern private toilet.

    A RESERVATION?

    Contact us directly to the mobile number (+351) 937 314 113 from 8h00 to 24h00. We’re here everyday! You can also contact us via email info@higohostel.com to get a fast response on availability and prices.

    FAQS

    Cancellations:
    Cancelations made after 72h of the check in time (16h) will incur a charge of the first night of your booking.

    Payment methods:
    1- 1. All reservations are guaranteed through the total payment before checkin. To do so, you can make a bank transfer to the IBAN sent to you or give us valid credit/debit card details (number, expiring date and security code) and the hostel will charge it.
    2 - All reservations are confirmed by email to the guests.
    3 - We do not accept American Express
    4 - Once the reservation has been paid for in full H!GO will send you the access PIN on the day of arrival between 15h and 16h.

    Group reservations:
    If you wish to make a group reservation, please contact us bu phone or email and we will do our best to accommodate you in the same room!

    Check in and check out time:
    Check in is from 16h and check out is until 11h. Early checkins and late checkouts are possible and may have additional charges. Please check our services!

    Breakfast:
    There is a kitchen for you to prepare your breakfast and a comfortable room for this to be enjoyed. If this is not preferred then at a small charge of 5,00€ you can have breakfast at our partner coffee shop next door 'Belissimo Coffee.

    Children are welcome!
    Yes, everyone is welcome but they must be with an adult and in a private bedroom.

    Towels and lockers
    If you book the private suites, bed and bath linen are included. IF you book the dormitory, bring your own towel and padlock. Everyone has their own drawer to keep their belongings safe.

    HOW TO GET TO US

    ON FOOT

    If you don’t know the way, ask for directions to McDonald’s or ELeclerc supermarket. We will be close to the roundabout right next to a pharmacy!

    AIRPLANE OR TRAIN

    Airplane or Train – if you’re coming by airplane and landing on Sá Carneiro airport in Porto, please go to the metro station and your destination will be S. Bento or Campanhã. On one of these train stations you can buy a ticket to Vila Nova de Famalicão – Braga line. The trip will be around 45 minutes.
